I've order a pair of shoes back in April and still haven't received my shoes I paid 310 for. They said my package was lost in the mail and would be mailed a new pair but still haven't received them and they won't write me back about my refund.

I purchased two pair of shoes on 4/28/21 and was given a tracking number. My order was expected to delivered by 5/6/21. After doing some research when my order didn’t arrive a week after it was expected I contacted Certified sneakers and informed them about my order and I was told in multiple emails that it was out of there hands. I became confused at this point because how was my order out of their hands when it had not been delivered to my address. Then I informed them that my package was still in one location in California and they continued to give me the run around. After contacting them a month ago I was told that if I don’t receive my package within two weeks that they would do whatever to satisfy me. I also asked multiple times for a refund due to me not ever receiving my shoes. I spent $610 on shoes that I never received. I just want my money back and for this company to be shutdown because they are taking people hard earned money with fake products and not completing sale orders.

I have screenshots of post on Facebook and emails between me and “John” for certified sneakers below.

I purchased a pair of sneakers at resell price ($310). Waited over 2 months for them to be shipped, then when they arrived they were fake (knock off, replicas, etc...)! I have reached out to my bank before reaching out to them. They keep saying order shows it has been delivered when I'm telling them I got an email stating to ship back for a full refund. I paid $40 to ship item back plus the $310 I paid for the item and UPS tracking showed when it arrived at their local UPS ship it store and still no refund, no communication, no nothing. I just want my money back and put it out there that these individuals are scammers.

I was on my Facebook account and a link popped up for a pair of sneakers I was looking for. I click the link and purchased what I thought was a pair of Travis Scott Jordan 6. I waited for months and never received my order. Instead I received a pair of cheap earrings. Please assist me in getting my money back.

This so called company sent me replicas/ defective shoes. I asked for a refund and sent their shoes back. I paid 23.00 for the shipping return. I was promised a refund if $335 to which I paid for the shoes. I have all of my documentation if emails and receipts. They told me my refund was processed but never sent my money back.

Certified Sneakers NYC reads and promised Authentic Sneakers but i received was a lie they were Replicas {fake} Sneakers I check them and I have proof they didn’t pass as a Authentic Shoes I sent them back they sign after they received them and I got proof of that too and I haven’t received my money back yet

These scammers have a complete website that says they are 100% authentic and they allow you to pre-order air Jordan sneakers for $335. They take about 3 weeks to deliver the fake sneakers. The same amount of time it takes to order from the replica sneaker companies in China. The only way to contact them is thru email and they respond but they tell you that your product is on its way.
