On 9.10.2021 I went to the following website: https://certifiedshihtzupuppies.com to buy a puppy. I recieved an email from [email protected] indicating the puppy was still available. The puppy company indicated they were in New Jersey and were able to ship. I was to use Zelle through my bank and send them $650.00. The name of the account belongs to Emmanual Mensah with the email of [email protected]. The company continued to email with details, video of the dog. The next day I was to have the puppy arrive via shipping. On 9.11.2021, I did receive an email that the puppy has been shipped. After that, they went silent. I sent a few follow up emails and nothing.
