I answered the call and the person on the other end announced themselves as calling from “Certified Company.”
She asked several times, “Can you hear me?”
I responded, “Yes.”
She then started into a sales pitch for windows on Rd. Saying she could guarantee that I would save 40% on my electric bill.
At that point I told her that her statement, “Sounds like *** ***!” and hung up.
The entire call last 30 to 45 seconds.

I called the number back and got an out of service recording, first in French and then English. Likely originated in Quebec.
