I contacted above service for upholstery cleaning for special service to remove pet urine on one section of a loveseat. The site shows that techs are to wear masks & foot coverings for covid protection. I was offered several payment options, (credit card, check, or cash). the tech arrived, without any covid gear, & only did a basic cleaning of the entire loveseat. the price was $150.00. I provided a check, & his manager told him, Cash Only. I did not have cash on hand, so he called his manager, James. He advised me to go to an ATM & have his tech wait until I returned. I asked for a receipt, which he did not have. The odor returned within hours. I have been contacting the Headquarters & spoke with 3 reps, all told me, they would file a complaint, email me a copy of the receipt, & someone will contact me within 1-2 days, to reschedule a re-do. Also, told me the price was $140.00 for a basic cleaning. Which I did not request that type of service. No one called, never emailed receipt. The cash went into his pocket, & no taxes are being filed for this service. This is illegal services. How do they get away with doing this to innocent consumers. Please advise.
