CERNAIN.COM had a sale on swimwear and when I ordered online they sent a confirmation order and tracking. The tracking from 654 Freight company had a delivery a month later and then it tracking online information showed I received the order However, I never received the order and the delivery carrier is not a known carrier and has a lot of negative comments that people never received their packages from them. I contacted Cernain.com, stating I never received my order and they don't want to refund my money. I was scammed by a fraudulent company and need them to be investigated as well as the 654 Freight company.
