Contacted by email in 8/4/22 about employment opportunity. Said they found my resume on indeed.com. All correspondence with “Marks Candia” was done by email, even the interview questions. He later involved “Lucas Cohen” who only corresponded by text at 435-494-1129. They rushed through the whole process. Because of a W-4 they now have my SS#. They have my address, phone and email info. They emailed a check for me to deposit electronically for “supplies and software”. Then they wanted me to front some of the money while the check was being held by my bank. I refused and realized that I had been scammed.
