They advertise $360 hearing aids that have a 60 day risk-free trial. The item did not work, Sent over 20 emails, called over 20 times, sent multiple chats on their website, and never received a response. Filed a complaint with FTC and finally received an email with a RMA number two months later. Paid UPS to return the item and a month after UPS shows delivery, still no refund. This item was purchased March 2nd, 2023 and the return process to refund has so far taken over 4 months. I'm disabled and on a budget and these people are taking advantage of us and are not backing up their advertising.
