SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered and they immediately contacted for payment. When I contacted for info on my order I was told they shipped it 'last week, we'll get tracking over asap' have since then been ghosted on phone number and email. Sent multiple requests for refund. Goes by Gabriel; phone ends 5250. Unanswered calls and texts

This company has none of the products they show .I contacted them before purchase they said item was in stock and would ship same day. I've contacted them..they have given fake pe delivered tracking numbers..said refund would be given..refuse to refund.. just all and all a fraudulent company and theif..I turned them in for mail fraud and to American express

I attempted to order a knife from these guys, but they are completely fake. I should have known better when I wasn’t able to pay products directly from the website. At first I talked to a “Max,” that seemed super helpful. He offered a second knife for 1/2 price, so I paid $375 to “Alan” at $heroclan on cashapp. I ordered and paid on Christmas Eve, and no response since. Obviously no product either. These soulless mother [censored]ers are thieves and I hope they die slow and painfully.

They almost got me but when they want to sell you the 2nd product I quickly realized that it was a scam and canceled the orders , I have the ability to get their ip address and find out who they're if want to hopefully it won't come to that, these people are clowns and don't know with who they're messing with ,thinking that only regular people buy knifes, law enforcement buy knives also... lol

I was scammed out of 135.00 order 2 items sent money to his cash app $heroclan name is Alan never received items due to it being delivered to a place in Minneapolis Mn I do not live there but it was sent from Alpharetta Ga I was scammed out of both number is Alabama, I contacted thru the Instagram & regular site but, avoiding my call & text

This whole company is fake and most likely a front run by people from a foreign country. They have a website and an Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/cerberustactical.shop/) with over 25k followers which are probably mostly bots. They are constantly posting stock product images and telling people to buy now. They delete almost all the comments on every post. I messaged them inquiring about ordering some items and was told to send payment through Venmo. I did so and never heard back with any shipping update. All my follow-up messages were ignored and I never received the items. I have talked to three other people who had the same situation happen to them. I was able to find them in the comments section before the comments were deleted and asked them if they ever received their orders. They have been reported as a SCAM to Instagram multiple times but nothing happens and they continue to get away with it.

I purchased a knife from them on 13th July and paid them $35.00 Only afterwards did I think to get a review on their business and I am now sure that I have been scammed as well. Is there anything that can be done about these people? Aren't there authorities out there that deal with internet fraud? I am in South Africa and the people that I have spoken to are not able to assist with international fraud cases.
I have emailed CerburusTactical and demanded a refund and now they are just ignoring me. Is it possible to establish where they ere located and then we could try to contact the authorites there? I am sure that the right people could trace the location of their email adress or have I been watching too much television. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist

I found an account on Instagram that claimed to sell tactical products and I saw their site and thought they were legit so I bought a tactical helmet,right after a guy texted me asking if I wanted something else that goes with it because and that he would lower the price if I reviewed the product for them because they were a new operation,I made the purchase and began browsing the website and I saw a product from a different website, after I made the purchase they did not send me anything in terms of confirming the purchase or USPS tracking number which is what they claim they used. I have contacted them several times with only answers 1% of the time and they always either never give me the tracking number for the purchase or answer any of my questions.I feel like a dimwit
