I have been with century link since 2003..And my plan was up..so i looked around on internet to see what new plans was happening..I goggle " "century link in kelso wa." this came up. https://connectnw.net/centurylink/kelso-wa/. So i called century link and told them i would like this plan. $19.00 a month for just internet..They told me ..They dont know about that deal..to call that website #..so i did, And they didnt even know what i was talking about...gave them the website........They say "oh thats for low income"..I say Great Im disabled..then he sends me to his supervisor for set up...she says "stay with your $45.00 plan "We are not for low income" hand the line back to the first guy i talk to, which says to hold so he can look for a # after 5 minutes a new person answers the phone..and now we r starting all over again
