We had ordered a Greco Car seat from them and received a car seat lining. We were charged $167 and received maybe a $15 item. When asking to return product, they said they would issue a refund within 7 business days. That was a few weeks ago and nothing. I have been trying to get in contact with them and I have no response.

I bought a car seat on Nov. 27th, 2020. I still have not received the car seat. Now, looking at Facebook reviews of this "company" I am seeing that is it a scam. People either did not receive what they purchased or they received something, but it was NOT what they purchased.

Very frustrated! They took my money right away on November 27th, but have not shipped out the car seat. Now I am afraid even if they do send something, it'll definitely not be the car seat I wanted.
