These people are hacking into Facebook Messenger and seeing who is friends with each other. Then they will show a picture of the money you are suppose to receive. They tell you how much it will cost for FED-X to deliver to your door. Then they say the FBI seized the money and you have to pay the IRS another fee for your money to be released. If you don't pay the fee, the IRS will charge you $300 daily. How do you pay for something you don't have in hand?
