I agree to pay a one fee of $139.98 for 3 bottles of Gluose a diabetic supplement. In addition $60 a month for a body Cleanse in November. The money was taken from my account immediately. By the end of December I had not received anything so I called customer service at the number provided 844-570-9856 on 12-26-22. I called 37 times a d each time someone picked up and hung up on me! The 38th time the number is now disconnected. By the way again in December a debit from my bank account for the one time payment $139.98 & $60 has now been taken. I contacted my bank to file a complaint . On 1-6-23, a $60 debit was taken from Premngftns.com. I was not familiar with this name so I called the number listed 844-873-0845. I asked who they are and was told that they have been authorized to deduct money on behalf of Centralite. I told the person i want to cancel the subscription and demanded a refund

I was told by Kenny that I would receive a full refund in 3-5 business days which I have not received as of this writing. Cancelation # 106564792. On 1-20-23 my account for the 3rd time has been debited for the $139

98 so I called the number 844-873-0845 & spoke to Chelsea. I explained the circumstances and was finally advised that a refund will be coming in 5-7 business days. I am doubtful this will happen . I have also found out this company works under the name Excel4health. I hope this helps someone else
