This is the third fake invoice we've received from this company. They use an identifiable employee's name, that could be found on a website for example, and send the bill to the business under their name. The invoices name products we don't even carry.

The company sent us an invoice with toner supposedly ordered for a printer that we don't even own. We are under contract with a company that we order toner through directly. Secondly, this supposed toner was never delivered or anything. They sent out a fraudulent invoice in hopes that some unsuspecting manager will pay the bogus bill. They also included and employees name on the invoice, which leads me to believe they probably have a robot calling companies to get these names.

This invoice came in the mail to us. We have received one before. We have never purchased anything from this company.

BEWARE... SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...

I too received a Invoice for $433.00 for the purchase of "Toner - Konica Minolta BizHub 654e Stock #6761" dated 1/8/2018 Shipped USP, I don't know who they think they are fooling, I don't and have never purchase anything for a Konica, I hope they get caught for scamming... I'm not call them or emailing them, this is what they want you to do, don't... I repeat, Don't... this is how they get more of you information...!

We are a small public library.

Got an "invoice" from these people, for a printer cartridge.

Total was 433.00.

We did not order anything from them.

We received an invoice for toner from this company, which we never ordered, nor do we own the type of machine the toner is for.

Our copier is a lease and all supplies come from that company. I don't pay bills without knowledge of actually ordering the item, which I do all the ordering.

Invoice for toner not ordered or received in the amount of $433.00. Phone number was for Elite Supplies. Business locations include Orange CA, Irvine CA and San Deigo.

I believe they made contact by phone they have an employee who works here by name- the owners actually bought 2 toners from staples and that was legitimate these were paid for - we got a bogus bill in the mail with our employees name

I received an unsolicited invoice for toner I never ordered or received and for a toner model I do not use. I called and left a message stating the product was never ordered or received and I would not be paying it. When I researched this company, I found numerous complaints for the same invoice amount of $433.

As the company is based in California and I am in New York, and the fact they mailed the invoice thereby committing mail fraud as well.

Invoice for product that was never ordered or received.

This isn't the typical "copier toner" scam. No toner was ever delivered. In other scams like this, an unwanted toner arrives after an initial phone call that they use to say that they got verbal permission for the order. Instead, I've received two invoices, both $395 ea., no phone call ever took place. To me this is more than a scam, it's an out right larceny attempt since no product or service ever came into play. How this place is allowed to stay open, is beyond me.

Received an invoice for toner that was not ordered or received.
