Type of a scam Online Purchase
A week after contacting them by phone they told me that the truck had no KEYS and that the title would not be available for up to 1 month. When in the auction it said that the title was free and in the photos you could see that if I had the key and in the description it said that if there was a key, they asked me if I wanted to continue with the purchase or reject it. All this was very strange to me, so I decided to reject the purchase and request a refund of the guarantee and not continue trying to buy a car through this company.
After requesting the refund they told me that if they gave me the refund but that I had to wait 21 days or if I wanted it to be immediate that they would discount 25%, I agreed to the discount with the idea that they would make the refund immediately and it was not. More than 30 days have passed and I have not received my money back and they no longer respond to WhatsApp and emails. THEY ARE A REAL SCAM!
