They called our office and spoke to our receptionist and offered a free gift to her if she ordered pens from them. She was not authorized to order anything. They would not take the product back and because our receptionist took the free gift, we paid the invoice and I asked them not to contact us again. The receptionist left the company and when her replacement was hired I specifically had a conversation with her

and told her what this company had done. It wasn't long before they contacted us again and the new receptionist was aware of the issues we had and told them that she cannot authorize anything. A few days later several boxes of pens appeared and now an invoice for $950.30. I have tried to return the product via Federal Express, they made 3 attempts to deliver, with no success, so now the pens are sitting on my desk with the invoice and a letter that was received 2 days ago telling us they are turning us over to a collection agency.

Something has to be done about this group.

Scammer called and offered a product: office supplies. We said No Thanks. He sent a small box of opened offices supplies and a George Foreman grill. Filled the remainder of the box up with Trash. He followed with a $*** invoice. Probably 100x the value of the crap he sent.
