I placed an order to the website in question on December 4, 2016 as a Christmas gift for my husband. Once my order was complete, I received a confirmation email and a receipt from PayPal saying my payment has gone through (the PayPal receipt said it went to a Luu Huan and not the centerworkshop.com website). Two weeks have gone by and I had not gotten any shipping notification, which I thought odd. So I emailed them on December 15, 2016 asking for an update on my order, I got no reply. A few days later on December 19, 2016 I emailed again asking this time for an update and if there wasn't one a refund, again no reply.

At this point, I decided to give them a call and talk to them and explain that I just want a refund, but they do not have a phone number on their website.

After not finding a phone number, I decided to look up reviews on them and I found a review from someone stating they got their order 2 weeks late and it was not what they ordered. See the review here, http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Center-workshop/internet/Center-workshop-H2D-Inc-L...⇄ />
I called PayPal yesterday (December 21, 2016) before I left for work, but their wait time was 45 minutes, so I couldn't wait on hold for that long.

In addition, I found their facebook page, and upon reading posts from other upset customers, I posted as well. I also sent them a message and got a response from someone named, Duyen My from Ho Chi Mohn City, Vietnam. She tried to explain, in rather broken English, that "orders usually take 15-30 business days depending on shipping party." However, their refund policy states that refunds are only given within 30 days of placing orders (see link for refund policy below). After a while, I got a responce from centerworkshop and they said the exact same thing that Duyen said, to which I replied that I emailed twice with no responce and that I want a refund. They did not respond to me after that.

I am now, waiting for PayPal to call me back so I can ask them how I can get a full refund. Hopefully, they can help.
