This business is claiming to sell Alex and Ani bracelets, we ordered a few, and only received part of our order. Even though the bracelets came in Alex and Ani bags, they're very bad quality, and clearly not authentic. When I contacted the company about the issue, they did not say they would refund me for the missing items, but said they would give me $5 back. I contacted them again, and they are continuing to ignore me. So, I did not receive everything I paid for, and the items I did receive, we're clearly a product of false advertising. After further research, I realized, the company is an overseas company. Thankfully, I didn't lose much money, but they could easily make money off of people by just leaving out part of the order, and refusing to refund people like me.
