Dear Garry:
Several months ago at an employment event, you spoke to a Recruiters about US Census Bureau jobs. We understand that this is a difficult time and based on continuing assessments, guidance from federal, state and local health authorities, the U.S. Census Bureau has suspended the 2020 Census field operations until more updates are available. The Census Bureau is taking this step to help protect the health and safety of the American Public, Census Bureau employee and everyone who will go through the hiring process for Census positions.
In the meantime, the U.S. Census Bureau continues to accept applications for temporary part-time position with the 2020 Census. Although many job offers have been made, there is still an opportunity for jobs when we return to normal operations.
Interested applicants can apply at 2020Census.gov/jobs. Additional information can be found in the attached flyer. Please share this flyer with you family and friends.
