Fraudulent company

Kylie from celluaide has been a nightmare. She has been extremely condescending, unhelpful, and flippant about a delivery that never made its way to me. I filed a claim with my bank and her responses continued to escalate in aggression and unprofessionalism.

The order was never delivered to my house. I’ve asked to talk to her manager and she said she is the manager. This company is terrible customer service. They do not stand by their product and it feels very fraudulent.

I ordered 3 tubes of the Celluaid cream and get 1 free, total 4. Before the 60 days, I emailed company that the cream did not work after using them as instructed, 2 times per day. on areas of the bodies they were were supposed for. They gave me an address to mail them back and that postage would be my responsibility. Fine.I sent back 3 empty tubes that were used and one still 3/4 full. An email came from Kylie at Celluaid that I would not be getting a refund because I did not send back all the tubes plus all but one have to be sealed and not used. What kind of "60 Days Money Back Guarantee" if customer is only allowed to use 1 tube which with 2 applications per day only lasted 2-3 weeks depending the areas used.That is not a 60 days promise as advertised on their website and that "they were not there to make a profit but to make a difference and bring real life solutions." The cream did not work for me as they claimed and I should be entitled to get my refund for having sent back all 4 tubes after having tried the product. and within the 60 days period. This is a SCAM and false advertising as far as I am concerned. So if I had bought only 1 tube, I would never have received my refund since in order to get the "60 Days Money Back Guarantee", the product has to be sealed when returned!

I would not be surprised if there were many customers like myself who were misled with the promise of satisfaction guarantee!
