I received on my smart phone, an offer of one month supply of skin cream offered at $***.

I used a debit card, it showed on my bank statement 08/21/2018 as $***

I received the skin cream in the mail. No other paper work in the box.

I discovered another unauthorized debit of $*** on 09/03/2018 in my bank statement.

I called them at 877-552-8829 to complain. First they offered 50% discount, then 60% discount. I persisted.

They promised to credit my bank for 100% refund of $*** in 7 to 10 days. We'll see if the refund occurs.

Many other similar statements online regarding this scam offer can be seen.

They have 2 invoices so far they are coming back and charging my debit card for $129.95 and $99.95 charges I did not authorize, bait you with a free trial or free product just pay shipping never mention anywhere in the listing, purchase screens, checkout that there are going to be addition charges or something else shipped. Product doesnt do anything more than a vitamin c creme does for $5 to $10 on a vitamin website. terms of service is not the same as what they post when you go back and look, because I looked at them before hand and there was no large ordering which I never placed. I believe Fair Credit Act states they must notify you before they charge your credit card, I was never informed my card was being charged.They make you think its several companies billing you but it isnt they are all Cellogica charging for seperate products! They have wiped out my checking and savings.

Same as many others... had a choice for free gift while I was ordering from Amazon. I chose the Cellogica crime, day and night crime. But also received an added 144$+111$+2$+1.99$ to my credit card 3 weeks later. My credit card company has fraud alerts programmed and they notified me of the potential fraudulent charge.

Totally fraud this company

10/12 2016, after I doing a survey from the Network operator I used, the it said I can get some gifts in order to show their thanks-- I just need to pay for the postage and then I can get a product! It offered 5 products to me, later I choose I produce, which made by the Cellogica Company, a product of day&night cream. I wrote my infomations in their website, about my name, my address, my credit card number and so on. And paid 4.95 dollars postage and package fee. 5 days later, I got the product. I saw it was not so good so I didn't use it! 10/26 2016, my credit card lose 129.95 dollars! The money was taken by the Cellogica Company! I called them 3 times, they always said unfortunately they won't pay back my money, they replied that the money for the product! They said I subscribed their product! Actually I did not! Even I did not know about the subscribe thing! They refused to accept my return goods. I have no idea! I want my money back! Please help me! I did not use their product! Even I did not open it!
