I order samples today that i though was from macey department store that said was free just pay for shipping 5.99 cents they charge the fee 2 times 2nd time was 5.98 i just notice that there is a scam report my name is Sally Banks chgo ill

When I ordered the sample size as a trial for 30 days, they also give you the option of canceling. However, they don't pick up their calls in order to cancel. They are charging my card $129 every month for products I do not have other then the samples.

They charged my card $149 for products i diligently tried to cancel before the 24 days. Hence, a bogus email and a telephone number no one ever picks up. I am now looking thyself like an [censored] because if you look carefully at the wrapping its amateurish. The cream is nothing more than a regular hand cream that resembles the one I have for $5.99.

This is a total and complete scam. They advertise free trial, you pay for shipping. Order cancelled in 14 days as per terms, yet if you are not vigilant they will charge your credit card $100 for rapid eye serum and $140 for the day/night cream. They are so sure and confident that nothing will be done, they laugh at you when you contact them. Want you to understand their job is to make sure their product meets your satisfaction, anything but cancelling order. They also refuse to refund unauthorized charges. I had to contact, cancel and have a new card issued and have to contact local law enforcement for an incident report. Then and only then will they consider refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
