Hello I came across this website called cellmartshop.com where they were selling refurbished devices at a very low price it seemed too good to be true I looked at the reviews to see if it was legit they all had 5 star ratings so I believed it I purchased a refurbished iphone 13 pro max sierra blue for $274.99 which this device cost at $1000 I contacted the merchant and asked why is the price so low and they said we are a wholesaler of refurbished phones and I said okay I purchased the device on May 26 2022 for the amount of $274.99 after a couple days went by I went to to check if my order went through it still said processing I contacted the merchant and they said that it is still processing so I waited more days after a few days ago I contacted the merchant again asked where is my order they said they has been a delay in the batches of orders they received and it takes a while for the order to be sent out I waited again and they gave me a they gave me a tracking number and when I tracked the tracking number it just says label created no updates at all I called ups and they said the tracking number I gave them is in error and they don’t have it in they’re possession I am very annoyed and upset that people do so much scam I called my bank and filled a dispute from now on I will not purchase anything that is not from the original seller please help me stop this scammer from scamming people
