The scammer told me I was buying a particular cell phone. I don’t know about cell phones but later found out from a friend I could of went to device info. But it was to late the damage had already been done. I went straight back to the store and talked to a manager and she said she wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t bring the phone back within 24 hours!! I told her I was scammed and this was not right to do to people. She said well things happen and she wouldn’t do anything about it. I am 57 years old. I have never been treated this badly in my 57 years. I called the customer care line but all I got was stories of what they went through with other people with this same store including them being hung up on from the manager of the store. I am so devastated over this. But I’m thankful that I wasn’t like some of the other people this happened to from this store. They lost thousands of dollars. I was treated badly and I was bullied by this store’s employee and the supervisor. I will be spreading the word about this store and how I was treated badly and bullied. I was told to go to a corporate store and was given 3 different address with my zip code. I drove to these places only to find out they were not corporate stores. I was then told by the store there’s not even a corporate store in my state!!! This has been a living nightmare. I can’t eat or sleep because I can’t stop thinking about what has been done to me by this store’s employee and manager. I was with AT&T for 30 years and only switch to this company because they were cheaper mainly since we have 6 lines of service in our family. I rarely buy myself anything and the first time in about 20 years that I do this kind of thing happens to me.
