Scammer presents as a legitimate business, takes your money after promising work, then proceeds to utilize delay tactics until you requests a refund for services not rendered. I gave him a down payment of repair costs on 7 Jan 2017 and requested a refund on 30 Jan 2017, well within his guaranteed refund warranty.
