Several popular, reputable Instagrammers shared links to face masks at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. The website appeared to be valid with CDC policies and recommendations. I googled the site before ordering from them in case there were scam warnings and did not discover any. After placing my order, I received an "order summary" from the "company" stating my order was confirmed and I would be notified when my items were shipped. Following several weeks without receiving a shipment confirmation, I emailed the company but did not receive a reply. I have emailed three times without a response. My account was charged.
