Someone repeatedly calls neighbors, friends, family and myself threatening to take me to court for a payday loan through Elastic.com which was never received. Elastic.com was contacted and have no record of any such loan or collection activity. The caller states it is through Wells Fargo Bank and they have the full account number. They state the charges are from 6/21/10 and I am being charged with theft and fraud. When I requested they not call my ex husband's neighbor they hang up on me. Their automated messages state a threat of coming to my home and place of business but does not identify themselves in any way. The phone number they call from is 309-889-9038 but the recording does not identify them either. When I ask for information on the subject they hang up on me.
