The product is cheaply made and is nothing as pictured. In their pictures on the sight the clothing looks like it has intricate details and is made of high quality material. But actually it is the comply opposite material is cheap and the detail of the clothes is printed like a picture or air bush of what they listed on the site.

I ordered from their website. The product I received was NOTHING like what I ordered. When I tried to resolve this with them, the best they could offer me was either to pay for my own shipping back to return it or just receive 10% of my money back. They are scamming people by using AI or other people’s images to create products, then they extremely cheaply recreate them the best they can, and then they sell them. Ripoff.

Purchased item and it was drastically different

After my item wasn't shipped after over two weeks after the purchase, I contacted the company and attempted to get my order canceled. They asked me if I was sure if I wanted to cancel and offered a 20% off coupon instead; I made the same request three times and got the same response. I eventually contacted them via PayPal, and I got the same response again. They eventually sent an email saying that my order was canceled; two days later, I got a tracking number. I seriously doubt I will receive my item.

I received an ad via instagram to purchase children’s clothes. I went to the website and placed an order on April 29,2023 at 8:51a. After feeling suspicious, I googled the company and realized that they had questionable business practices and quality of clothes. At 9:01a, I immediately emailed and canceled the order. At 9:21p, they confirmed the cancellation and refund. However, the refund never came. On May 8th, I received a notification that the order was shipped. I immediately emailed and asked what happened. On May 9th, they emailed me back and said that they shipped it our due to a staffing error and offered me a discount. I declined. Several weeks went by and half the order arrived. I contacted the company and they requested a label to return the items. They refused wanting me to pay over $50 in shipping costs to send the items back. For weeks I’ve been emailing with no help. They still refuse to receive the items and they have refused me refund.
