Scammer - C&C Farmlands was created in 2008. Started selling a subdivided lot around August 2009, which conducted Public Sales Presentation targeting the Filipino Community. The sales advertisements clearly selling Fee Simple subdivided lot on KNDI Radio, billboards along the highway, sales brochures, flyers, and handouts. In October 2009, C&C Farmlands created a nonprofit corporation called KLRF, registered with Hawaii DCCA. The owners of C&C were the Officers and Directors of the new nonprofit corporation. According to the Article of Incorporation, KLRF was a nonprofit with the intent of buying farmlands to be subdivided, with no intent of pecuniary gain and profit to its members. Purchasers will become automatic Members which were required to put $20,000.00 to $70,000.00 deposit for the right to purchase the lot. Monetary deposit was being deposited to an Escrow Trust Fund Account with Title Guaranty Escrow. Nonprofit KLRF purchases an 854 acres from James Campbell Corporation on March 17, 2010. Each transaction by purchasers of the lot was closed under Escrow with Title Guaranty Escrow (TGE), and financing was provided by Meridian Funding Inc. After about 10 - years, TGE, contacted me to refund the Escrow Fees and title insurance premium, for not recording the transaction.

It was later discovered that the 854 acres have not been subdivided, the escrow transaction was not recorded despite paying the filing, recordation and title insurance premium included with the HUD - 1 Settlement. Also discovered that Meridian Funding was not an accredited Financial Lending Institution until March 1, 2012, according to the Hawaii ScamPulse.com profile. It was also discovered that the 854 acres purchase by nonprofit KLRF has been deregistered out of Land Court, without the knowledge of lot owners and recorded C&C as the Lessee to Bureau of Conveyances.

After several complaints were filed with the City and County of Honolulu, the City RPAD, created a fake CPR, TMK which C&C Farmlands used as evidence to the public to show the lot has been legally subdivided. No document of ownership was provided, so, purchasers complained to the City RPAD, which was forced to void the fake CPR TMK. The real property taxes collected for over two years was refunded. The City & county continued to create cover-ups to avoid the 854 acres being subdivided and recorded to the lot owners. The latest cover-up was to create a designation of the KLRF as an IOmportant Agricultural Land (IAL) to avoid subdivision of the lot. Despite IAL designation has been denied in 2013,by Hawaii LUC, due to poor soil quality and insufficient water. The latest attempt by the City and County City Council was a FRAUD, knowing insuficient of water and the original underground freshwater supply has been recently switched to City recycled wastewater - which may not be suitable for Aminals and raising green leafy vegetables. KLRF received $516,000.00 farm grant for erosion control of individual lot but its been personally used by C&C to make driveways and provide watertank to friends.
