When you try to cancel a subscription they get into your computer and then try to give you a refund. When you start typing a dollar amount the computer automatically adds zero's to make the amount thousands of dollars more and then claim you are trying to steal from them. They then ask you to go to your on line bank and it does show the amount added to your account and the transactions show it coming from them CBR deposited to your account. They then tell you you must go to the bank and withdraw the money and buy credit cards and give them the numbers and they take control of your bank account and show you they can remove all of your balance. They then google save your log in ID and password so if they come back, they can have access again without you having to log in.

Caller said that she had an account with them and that he needed to get on her PC to cancel the account. She knew it was a scam to get into her PC and didn't allow it.
