I signed up for a free sample of CBD oil, all I had to pay was shipping. I have never received product, but every month they take over $80 off my debit card like some sort of subscription service I’ve never signed up for, nor did I give any permission for recurring payments to be taken off our card. They keep calling me for money they say I owe them because I stopped putting money into that bank account until I could figure this all out. I’ve called them asking to cancel and they refuse saying that I can’t cancel and they laugh and hang up on me and refuse to talk to me. I don’t know what to do at this point and I know I’m not the only one being scammed

Ordered product off facebook. They added product to order then refused to remove from order or reimburse. All they did was keep my money then cancel my order. Rude customer service. Both products appereared fromdiffetrent billing company on bank statement.
