This is a bad joke. I didn't even order this crap. I never wanted this crap. But I am being charged for this crap? Its GELATIN and nothing would ever cause weight loss. I read in a magazine article about this weight loss GARBAGE. Now I have been hacked and possibly by this company. They have charged my account many times over. Did they believe that I would not notice the extra charges. They began the charges with $6.77, $19.93, $1.89. If that wasn't enough for them they charged me $89.89, plus another $19.93. So all in all they have SQUANDERED me badly. All I want is my money back and from the very beginning of the charges. In total the amount is $138.35. I have to say that I want my money back. I don't use my card on the internet because of this sort of thing. I need my money. I don't have any part in the charges but I am paying for it. I want to be off any and all accounts with this company and I want my money back. Don't swindle an old lady of her savings. Give me my money back.

Being a senior, I get solicited all the time. This company is not honest and you need to contact your bank asap.
Put a stop on any orders and report them.
1-888-572-4452 this is the number. No matter how rude they get they are parasites.

Ordered sample keto 11/8/20 ... tried to cancel via web site but had no acct number attached to order... was billed for $89.89 11/24... credit company declined payment on 11/25.. then approved on 11/28/20. Called CBNutra 11/30/20, customer service very very rude said I COULD NOT cancel? ... called credit company .. finally got cancelation but only partial refund. Horrible company! Total rip off!

This people are thieves I have the same problem that this test, who on there right mind will order a bottle of pills for $90 in the middle of a pandemic. They refuse to return any of my money. I file a claim with my bank i hope they can fix this for me :'( I'll look into reporting them to the BBB

I went thru the exact same thing guess I should have persisted cause they only refunded me 75%. I caved to early. Keep persistent make them transfer you to a supervisor. You'll probably get your entire amount back! He went from 30-45, then to 75 and countered with I I file a complaint I'll n lose all the money because the terms and conditions state it's a 14 day trial, blah blah, and query I do that they will not have to refund me anything. So take it to a supervisor you'll more than likely get abfull refund don't give in. Hindsight everytime I said no the % he could refund increased, when I said I wanted the entire amount or I'm filling a claim with the Better Business Bureau that's when I got 75%, and he countered with the terms and conditions argument would prove it to be a legitimate charge and I would losend it all. Ifor I'd had persisted to speak with a supervisor darn, spooked me I guess. He will tell you over and again, reply with: "nowhere did it say 4 day trial, it said two free bottles just pay shipping, otherwise I wouldn't had gotten them if it was a trial! Let new speak to your supervisor, I want all the money." Don't let him talk you down get aggressive as I did, at least get 75% possibly more if you speak to a supervisor. Irritates me if they get 30% of 300 people that's 9000, or 3000 people they'll have scammed $90,000 that's a lot of cash, more than we make in an entire year! OMG, I hate that I buckled too early, and that I'm contributing to them making money dishonestly, what a scam. Here's pics of the bottles I recieved and the number I called is: (888)572-4452. That's really devastating, I'll definately research before I every assume a pay for shipping to hey your free product is legit!

I had the same experience. I tried to cancel and then received another 89.77 product in the the mail. I then called my credit union and they gave me this number 1-888-572-4452 . I called the number and I got the same. about discounts and the only thing I got was a 35% discount on the 89.77 returned to my card. They said I couldn't return the product be cause of the pandemic.

My experience is the same as the other 2 complaints While going the facebook and after noticing a particular celebrity haad lost a tremendous amount of weight there was a caption and a link to this product for a trial offer to only pay for shipping Let me say I feel totally DUPED I didn't do any research on the integrity of the company only lead by the celebrity face when the product came there was no paper work no directions or anything after reading that it was Keto I knew my doctor wouldn't ok it so I just said there was no way to send it back and since I wasn't going to order the product I thought that was it up until a couple days ago I check my bank statement to find out that I had been charged 89.89 and 89.77 for what I still didn't know I notified my bank that I had not authorized any charges to this company I then attempted to contact this company I emailed this company I finally got thru to a stay at home worker who started saying things that were not on the internet at time of purchase he finally agreed to cancel the order out I mean what order? During this pandemic I have seen all types of things all I can say for myself is that ignorance is not bliss ignorance is costly naturally I would like to have my 179.66 refunded back to my account but you live and you learn to me it's about the integrity of a person or a business again ignorance is costly

I ordered a trial sample, as the person stated above for $4.95, which was charged to my credit card. Three weeks later CB Nutra Keto charged my credit card an additional $84.95. I am on the phone with them right now haggling over them offering me a 30% discount, then a 75% discount. I told them no, I am calling my credit card company. After keeping me on the phone for 15 minutes, they said they would rebate this amount to my card. I am still going to call Bank of America to make sure this transaction has been removed. There was no place on their website at the time of the order that said it had to be cancelled within 14 days. Another scam!

I ordered a free bottle of Keto and said only postage due of $4.95. However when giving credit card another product came up of $5.95 called cleaner and I could not click out or say I did not want so total came to $10.90. I ordered online on 2/27/20 and about 14 days or so later on a Sunday the company tried to take $84.95 from my account. When I called the 888-572-4452 number the man that answered the phone said that if I had not cancelled the account in 14 days that I owed that much. I told him no where did it say I owed anything else nor that I had to cancel.

I told him I was sending the product back and he said "Don't send the product back it is an United States Post Office" ?? I then assumed he was answering from out of the country but not sure. My bank fraud alert department called me on Sunday and said the amount was on "hold" and the next day I called the bank and my card was cancelled so I did not lose the $84.95. The return address label said "Fulfillment Center, P.O. Box 2767, Hammond, LA 70401 . The man on the phone said he would cancel the amount and send a confirmation number to our email which I never received. I sent product back with mailman as I did not open so I can not send you an image or what the bottles looked like.
