Paid 66.99 and received a confirmation email and a welcome to our site but never received product and all methods to contact them are fake/blocked. Not sure how to proceed, guess I need to talk to my bank. Really stinks.

I purchased ARV 50 amp extension cord online from this website, I received an email confirmation and nothing else. I have not received the product or any shipping information or any other emails from this company Google has tried 45 times to email customer support and nothing. The contact phone number at the bottom of the Web page is in all zero's. There's one number on web but number is blocked, now when I click on the website it has jewelry from India for sale.
