I went on Craigslist to purchase a puppy when I came across these cute cavapoo puppies, I reached out to the owner and we began to talk about the dogs, he gave me his website and told me to pick the puppy I was interested in and I picked her, he told me I could do payments on her so I sent a deposit of $150, some stuff had came up so I could go through with the puppy purchase anymore, they had reassured me that I could get a refund back if something if needed, I asked the people for my deposit back and he told me I had to wait until the end of the month because he had to get paid.. explained fo owner that it didn’t say it in the contract that it would fake 30 days to get my refund back.. so I began to reach out to him again and I heard nothing back. I’m convinced that he is trying to keep my money.
