Tried to purchase puppy from online site. Tried to send money through chase and they declined. First time using zelle, so used different bank for deposit. After checking with chase next am, they said his profile was blocked and they would not send money. I tried to back out of purchase and after many text messages he finally agreed to send partial refund. But it never was received. Later noticed same puppy on other websites for sale.
