I was looking to purchase a puppy. I came across a website called cavapoohomes.com that was selling puppies for a reasonable price. The interaction was via text message and the transaction occurred using Zelle. They provided shipping/tracking information. The shipping company is called Domestic Logistics (domestic-logistics.com).There were issues with the shipment which raised red flags. They claimed something called the Pets Control department within an organization called the Pets Transportation Security Administration had grounded the puppy. Upon further research it appears this company/website is a complete scam.
