We wanted a Cavalier King Charles puppy since ours had died. We searched the internet and found a "home" breeder in Texas that offered puppies for $580 plus an additional $98 delivery charge. We sent the money and the puppy was supposedly shipped. We were then contacted and told the puppiy needed a special crate to travel from Texas to Arizona with the crate cost refundable . We paid for a crate. We were then told the puppy needed travel insurance for a large amount of money which would also be refundable. The puppy was now allegedly in St Louis How it got too St Louise with our pet insurance we did not know but we questioned.

The shipper whom In presume was in cahoots with he pet scamper was Express WorldWide Movers (USA) with Pet Delivery Service

and the Statement the their Pet Carrier team is associated with American Airways,
