Once you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. The debit is taken from a Chinese company. After hassling them and sending numerous emails you may get a response that says they can’t find your order and want a screenshot of the order. After that is provided they say they still can’t find it and require more evidence you placed an order. Then, you get a shipment email that your items shipped but the tracking number is false. Please take these people off Facebook and online.
