Previously hired several employees and not paying them the hours worked nor take actions to ensure correct payment once addressed. All management, staff, payroll and General manager, leadership and referred to owner for help. None of them correct payroll issues for many employees. This organization has been working people and young high school teens and not paying employees for the hours they actually work. Multiple employees work and have to quit because they work several hours are not paid . This means the company is getting free labor cheating employees out of their money earned especially taking advantage of working teenage children. Child labor laws should look into the practices. They should have a class action law suit against them for violation on their business practices and ethics. This report is for awareness of the company operations.
