I received a automated mass text from a strange out of state number who claimed to be a priest with the Catholic diocese charity office. It requested that I donate $300 through Paypal to purchase three $100 gift cards to give to parishioners affected by the impact of the virus. I am not Catholic, but don't have to be to realize this is a scam.
