Catherine Langenfeld and 3 others initially sent me a text instructing me to email them. I did. They then told me to take down the ad and that they needed my address to send me a check for said items. I didn't take down the ad. I received a check for $1,555. The items were only $25 all together. The "check" came with a list of instructions giving me a number to call and to email my account info. I'm not an [censored]. I definitely did not do that. I assume that once I deposited the "check" and gave them my account info that they could somehow take more money from my account.
