This person was promoting adoption of bichon puppies supposedly born Feb 12. There were many photos of adorable puppies in growing stages. All of my questions were answered timely and appeared truthful. Then on the day the pup was to be delivered there was an urgency with an unexpected request for $850 for insurance to deliver the dog that we were willing to pick up. When we refused, communication on messenger ended.
