My wife ordered 3 pairs of shoes from these people back in April, it’s not the end of July. The tracking claimed the items were in California June 25. It’s not July 24. Still no items. Every time I email them on the products I receive auto reply emails. They obviously do not ever send the product. No way it takes over 3 months to get anything. Not take a month to get from California to Utah. Never order from this site. Their guarantee is to screw you over. The photo is what was ordered and never received.

On May 16th I used paypal to purchase 2 shoes from Cathego.com. The items never arrived and the emails that I send inquiring into my purchase is an auto reply apologizing for the delay due to COVID. The number for the company is fake and I think their location is in China. Difficult to decipher. I sent you, stated above, the address.

Please alert others to this company. The receipt to ****** comes under: Shooping Technology Co., limited

I placed an order for a pair of women's shoes on May 27 and paid with my debit card on that date. I received information by way of email that the order #cid15609 was shipped on June 3. When I went back to find the email it was no longer available. To this date June 18 I have not received the order and there is no way to trace the order. I have tried to trace the order and am unable to find it.

AFTER THREE DAYS AND NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP I DECIDED TO LOOK UP THE COMPANY I FOUND OUT THE BAD REVIEWS AND THEN I KNEW I HAD BEEN SCAMED TOO.

The company offers beautiful and comfortable sandals. However, they do not deliver the shoes and they charge your account more they amount they advertise for the shoes. They advertise shoes for $14.99 and $9.99 with no shipping and no tax. I was charged $40.00. I order two pair of sandals on March 27, 2020 and as of today May 8, 2020 I have not received the product and have not been able to receive email in return to may questions about the product. Tracking the order shows it to be in LA California since April 22 at 10:00 AM.

I purchased shoes from this company and never received them. When I've tried to contact them, I get no response. I used the order number they gave me to look for thr status of my order and I get an error message saying that the order doesn't exist. The tracking number they have me isn't in the USPS tracking system. Its been almost 2 months and I still don't have the order. After researching I found the same product under different business names through Facebook.

This is a scam company! Buyers beware. First, you pay for shipping on a product for 5-7 days. Separately, they will charge you an international processing fee. You will receive an email saying they cant fulfill your order for weeks. If you try to cancel your order (before items are shipped) they respond by telling you in very broken English that "these are great shoes", "you will want them," etc. They refuse to acknowledge that you no longer want the shoes & insist on sending you the order within the next few weeks to months as they are "very good shoes." I went back & forth with them over several emails insisting I no longer wanted the shoes & wanted a refund. They refused to ever acknowledge my request outright. No refund was given. No shoes sent. I filed a complaint with my bank & cancelled the card used for payment.
