On January 11th, 2021 I made an online purchase for a hair accessory at www.cassiebraids.com via an advertisement on Facebook. To this day I have never received my merchandise. So far, I have received a minimum of 6 phony "shipping update" emails with a bogus tracking number that cannot be found in their system. My debit card has been charged and when I reached out to the merchant several times via their support email at [email protected] to request a refund, I received an automated response to submit a request via their online chat services. When I reached out again several times via their chat services, as instructed, I still get a computer generated response. The generated response claims that their policy is to not issue refunds to orders after 24 hours of being placed; however when I go to their website to confirm, no where in their refund policy stated on their website does it say that refunds cannot be issued after 24 hours of an order being placed. NOWHERE! The auto generated response gave false information that is no where stated in their policies they list online. Bottom line, this company/website is a fraud by collecting your money but you can't get a hold of a real, live human to resolve an issue. Their website does not list a phone number or mailing address and the support email is auto generated.

I have submitted a dispute case with my bank to dispute this charge. I have also attached my email responses, chat responses and the refund policy stated on their website as of January 12, 2021.
