The person contacted me via email, finding my site online wanting to order product for their "daughter." They gave me their phone number to use for "text purposes only" because they said they were hard of hearing. They were ready to make a large purchase, so thats how they got me hooked. Then let me know that they could pay by certified check. I should've stopped right there, but continued, thinking that if the check goes through then fine. I looked up her name and the name of her daughter of Facebook to make sure they "existed." When they were sending the money, she said she was in an accident and that her financial people would send the $$. Then later said they sent too much and if I could forward the $$ to their wedding planner...so I got the check and brought it to the bank and the money went through! So I headed to walmart, thinking I was helping out this lady but a couple days later the check got withdrawn by our bank saying it was fraudulent, which was so frustrating! Why let it go through in the first place and THEN withdraw...
