I can't recall the first email I was contacted with because I deleted it, but they gave me another email (the one I provided) to contact "Cassey" to discuss an interview for a potential job opportunity. This particular company may have also texted me, but unfortunately, I deleted those messages as well. They prompted me to download Skype for the interview, but I didn't. Instead, I looked up their company via LinkedIn and noticed they weren't currently recruiting OR hiring. I also looked up their website and emailed the company alerting them to the possible scam I just experienced. I let the supposed scammer know I was aware of the possible scam and that I reported it. I never heard back. I'm assuming they have my resume info -- which includes my name, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and employment/job history. I did not provide my SS# or bank info.
