My husband, Steven Epley was on YouTube and suddenly the laptop went blank and message appeared about the Casper USA Enterprises. The company took over the computer and they asked Steven for a blank check and they photographed it. The agreement says it will remove $399 from our checking account. He esigned document. The laptop is supposed to be cleared of all viruses and any other issues. My husband called me and explained the situation. I thought it sounded suspicious. I called the number on the paper work and the recording did not identify the company. I pressed prompt for Customer Service and the woman who answered had a strong accent. I asked the name of the company and she didn't want to give it to me. She asked for an ID number. I refused to give her a number. I kept pressing for name of company and she said it and then I asked her to spell it- SYSPECH. This was not the company name. I told her the name was different on the paper work I had. She demanded a customer id number and I didn't give her one. I asked to speak to Sam Martin the name give to my husband. She didn't seem to know him. I asked for her manager and she put me on hold. She came back and said the manager would not speak with me until I gave her (the rep) the customer id number. I ended the call. I called my husband and told him to call our bank and explain what happened. Our bank has stopped payment. We are changing account numbers immediately.
