I deposited a large amount of money to this website. The website gave me winnings the first couple times I deposited. After that I spent over $10000 without winning anything through Visa, etransfer and crypto. I questioned them about the payout ratios and they wouldnt give me a response. I checked my Visa transactions one of the ways I deposited money. The Visa statement shows numerous transactions under fake business names for product purchases not related to a casino. RBC has informed me that they dont allow casino transactions and this is why they did it. I was also charged conversion fees after the website is a .ca site and their website states best Canadian online casino. When I brought up these issues to the casino they closed my account with a balance remaining. I told them I want a refund for my losses since the Casino charged my card under fake businesses and werent following payout ratios. The casino responded saying that they wouldnt refund anything. I beleive this casino is a scam considering how much money I lost with no returns. The company has also charged under fake names and it is illegal. I cant send photos of transactions until my new card arrives Visa cancelled it and cant see transactions online right now. RBC has informed me to contact you and they wouldnt reimburse these charges.
