He started writing emails to me about a week and a half ago, saying that he's representing American Collection Services in a lawsuit to collect $1495.30. He's written at least once a day, usually more, trying to get me to stave off the suit. I offered to pay $200 to alleviate the situation and begin a payment plan, but while he initially said that was fine, considering I'd given him the date I'd be able to do it, he's continued writing these emails threatening me with the suit.

Today, he sent another email, but this time, he said he wanted me to obtain a "Green Dot Money Pak card" and put $200 on it, along with instructions once I got it.

The thing is, I did think it was real, right up until today, when I received another email from a different person, demanding another loan payment, this one for $100, and using some card called "One Vanilla Prepaid Visa/MasterCard". That's when I started wondering if this one was a scam like that one obviously was(and I'll report that once this one is done).
