so when I signed up for cashapp it says 'don't need a bank account to use this app' but I couldn't get the cash unless I linked my bank account and only had a debit card thru the government and was told by the cashapp rep 'JOHNI M SMITH' that I had nothing to worry about bc they WILL NOT touch that card
so reluctantly I linked my debit card and constantly told mr smith that if I see a withdrawal I will file a police report and contact the ScamPulse.com and he insisted I had NOTHING to worry about
So as we continued to talk to withdraw the (70$) he said he was trying to give me an access code to send to my email to open a new account so I can withdraw the money
This went on for an hour then I had a bad feeling that they took money out from my card and I looked at my online account and it showed he took out 1170$ from my account and told me this was the ONLY way to get the money out of the old account so he then told me that I needed to go to my local dollar tree and purchase a 200$ prepaid card so he can then transfer the 1170$ into that card and I can withdraw the money
I told mr smith that the 200$ he left in my account was for bills and I WASN'T going to buy a 200$ debit card and all thru this conversation that then lasted a total of 2 1/2 hours I kept asking me smith why he couldn't just deposit the money he took out back into my account and he kept telling me he couldn't do this unless I purchased the debit card
Then on my online account it shows that a cashapp payment was done by me which I NEVER did or authorized
