I had applied for a loan on a lending site and started getting offers via email. I received an email from "Cash Central" ([email protected]) and I then Google searched to see if this was a legit company, and true indeed there is an actual company by the name of Cash Central but that isn't who emailed me. The scammer seemed pretty legit but it was one thing that struck a nerve in me, he asked me for my personal sign on information for my mobile banking to "verify my direct deposits" I knew instantly that this was a scam. I hung up and proceeded to do some more research. After doing a more detailed search I found that the number in the email was not the actual number for the official Cash Central but indeed a scam!!! They are using the companies address and logo so please be aware that the 614 # is a scam!!!!
